My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady in charge provided excellent service with a smile. However, there was an issue with room cleaning on the second day, possibly due to a key problem. Despite this, the housekeeper made sure everything was comfortable enough.

7.2/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, there was an awful stale smell throughout our stay. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - while the staff was friendly and accommodating, they wouldn't answer parking questions and refused to take accountability for their mistake. The location was convenient and close to the University of Calgary and public transportation, but it's disheartening that it's so lowly rated on Google. The dining options were decent, with yummy homemade local products available. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the money but could use improvements in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were great, very clean, and the staff was very friendly, catering to all our needs. The breakfast was excellent, and the lady in the breakfast room was fantastic, ensuring everything was done with a smile and looking after everyone with respect. However, there was a bit of a downside as the hotel is above the entrance to a no-smoking hotel.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were standard, clean, spacious, and equipped with essential amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and plenty of towels.
Service
7.0
The service was very nice to work with, overall making it a pleasant stay. The staff treated customers with respect and dignity. However, there was an unfortunate incident where housekeeping knocked on our door three times before check-out time and was extremely rude, even yelling at me.
Location
9.0
The location was great with easy access to the university and dining options. It was in an ideal area, quick and easy to reach the Winsport Arena, and convenient for travelers on the C train, just off TransCanada Hwy 1.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix. While the breakfast spread was very good with a variety of options, the comfort of the bed was minimal, and it started earlier than 7 am for travelers needing to catch an early trip.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers basic facilities but could use some improvement in certain areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
